The Journey of Assam Rifles Public School, Udaipur
School is one of the most important centres of our society, where the foundation of goodwill among the public, parents and pupils is laid. It is a social institution established by society to serve as one of the most important agencies of education.
Assam Rifles Public School, Udaipur, Gomati District, made its humble beginning on 1st May 1985 as Bal Niketan, a co-educational English-medium school. The school was recognized by the District Educational Office, Udaipur, and was initially managed by 23 Assam Rifles.
The school initially catered up to Class V with around one hundred students. It was gradually upgraded to Class VIII and subsequently to Class X in 2004 under the supervision of Col. J.K. Achutan, Comdt. 6 Assam Rifles.
Following its progression to the secondary level, the school was rechristened as Assam Rifles Secondary School. Infrastructure and facilities were progressively upgraded, strengthening the school's academic environment and overall development.
The school was further upgraded to the Senior Secondary level in 2009. Since then, the institution has continued to grow and today proudly stands among the prominent schools in the district.
The school's academic performance, including its 100 percent results in Classes X and XII, reflects the sustained commitment of the institution toward academic excellence.
The contributions of the Commandants of 23 AR, 6 AR, 38 AR, 2 AR, 15 AR, 21 AR, 18 AR and 35 AR have been immense in the development of the school.
The progress achieved by the school would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of its innumerable teachers and students. Their collective effort continues to shape the institution and its future.
